BOOKING AND WAY OF PAYMENT
PRE-BOOKING
Once made the PRE-BOOKING, it will have to
transfer
the amount of the lodge in the following bank account:

Send the transfer receipt by fax (+34) 952.60.20.65,
or e-mail : info@balzain.com, indicating the name
of the person who has made the booking.
Please, let us know if you cancell your pre-booking.
If after 48 hours we have not received your confirmation,
we will be able to consider that pre-booking has been cancelled.
OK-BOOKING
Once received your transfer, you will have the CONFIRMATION
by an INVOICE-VOUCHER that we will send to
you by fax o email.
This voucher will have to be presented at the reception
of the lodge for the delivery of keys.
By technical reasons, we cannot accept payments with
credit cards.

BOOKING CANCELLATION
* We return 60% of the total
amount of the accomodation, if the cancellation takes place before
15 days of the
date of check in.
* A change of dates to
agree between the parts and always in low season, if the cancellation
takes
place with less
than 15 days of the date of check in.
* The cancellation with
less than 24 hours or the nonpresentation, will lose all the rights.
* In all cases, we give
back the 100% of the amount of the accomodation if we rent the house
with
a new client.

CONDITIONS
OF LODGING

For healthy and
security rules, domestic animals are not accepted.

Greater number of
people accommodated has been contracted, will not be admitted
including children. The people in charge of the houses
can deny the entrance to them .

Houses will be available
from the 18:00 p.m (arriving day) to
the 12:00 hours (departing
day),
except for different agreement.

Initial service:
sheets, towels and general cleaning. In stays long tem,
the change of sheets and cleaning will be weekly and towels
every 3/4 days.

The collection of keys will
be made before the 22 hours. If you are going to arrive later
or you need help, please phone us at +34. 952 60 20 65 or +34
677 77 42 10.

You will have to fill up
the Card of Accommodation, to give Invoice-Voucher
and to deposit a guarantee of 150 € by house,
to respond of the possible damages caused in the house.

In case of groups, the guarantee
will be of 25 € by person, who will be pay with the transference
amount of the stay and its return will take place in the same
way, 48 hours after the exit of the lodging. The guarantee will
respond for the possible damages, as well as of the breach of
the established norms to safeguard the rest and the tranquillity
of the other guests.

Visits without authorization
of the in charge personnel are not admitted.

By technical reasons, we
cannot accept payments with credit card.

Leaves of Claims
to disposition of the client exist.

The deficiencies that the
client can find in the rented house, will have to be communicated,
as soon as possible, to the in charge person to be able to be
corrected.

Any suggestion that can
offer us will be appreciated to be able to make more pleasant
its future stays.

The existing swimming
pools, are of reserved use for the property.

The use of these elements
for you or your companions, is under yours only and
exclusive responsibility.

It does not forget to
respect the nature, the hours of silence and the rest of the
others.

Our greatest desire is that
your accommodation runs with total normality and you enjoy our
hospitality and the nature that offers the National
Park of Sierra Nevada.

The fact to carry out the
Booking supposes the express acceptance of these general
conditions. In not anticipated, it will be of application
